About the Position

We're seeking a hands-on
Clinical Operations Manager
to oversee all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of Taliaz's mental-health clinical division. This is a senior role combining strategy with day-to-day management, ensuring clinical excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a data-driven environment.

Position:
Full-time (option to start at 50%)

Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and manage multidisciplinary teams (operations, HR, admin, outreach).
  • Set and track KPIs; ensure smooth scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee HR coordination, recruitment, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and internal governance.
  • Support business development and coordination with health organizations and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Health Management, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years in senior operations or management roles within healthcare.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, team leadership, and KPI-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Hebrew and English.
