Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Implementation Lead at Orcanos in Givatayim, with flexibility for some remote work. The Implementation Lead will be responsible for tasks related to software implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication with clients and internal teams on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Software Implementation proficiency
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive, or aerospace industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
