As a
Senior Backend Developer
, you will:


Design, develop, and optimize
high-performance, scalable backend services.

Work closely with
Product and Engineering
teams to build innovative features that align with business needs.

Take ownership of
end-to-end feature development
—from design to deployment.

Ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase through
best practices and code reviews
.

Troubleshoot and resolve
complex production issues
in a fast-paced environment.

Research and evaluate
new technologies
to enhance our platform's capabilities.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years
    of
    hands-on
    experience in
    Java backend development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Software Design, OOP, and Microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience designing and developing
    large-scale, distributed systems
    .
  • Expertise in
    Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, Kafka
    , and other open-source technologies.
  • Experience with testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

  • Ability to
    lead the development
    of complex components and features.
