Marketing Communications Manager – Leading Law Firm | Tel Aviv

We are looking for an exceptional
Marketing Communications Manager with a legal background
— someone who understands the language of the legal world and can translate it into sharp, strategic, and compelling marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the firm's marketing and communications strategy
  • Manage all digital marketing activities: website, newsletters, blogs, social media, and content creation
  • Oversee PR activities, including relationships with journalists, media outlets, and opinion leaders
  • Develop, refine, and maintain the firm's brand identity
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with digital tools: Canva, mailing systems, CRM, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience
    in marketing/communications roles —
    must
  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal organization
    —
    must
  • Strong command of digital marketing: campaigns, websites, and social platforms
  • Native-level / very high-level English
    — must
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Hebrew, including professional articles and marketing content
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms; tech-oriented candidates are a strong advantage
  • Strategic thinker with high execution ability, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • A proactive, energetic individual with "spark in the eyes"
