Now, we're looking for a PPC / User Acquisition Manager - a data-driven, creative thinker who's ready to take full ownership of growth, performance, and results.

About the Role

You'll manage large-scale paid campaigns for the U.S. market - leading strategy, creative direction, and optimization.

Your mission: drive user acquisition, improve ROI and retention, and scale Upstep's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft.
  • Lead creative strategy - from concept to ad copy and visuals.
  • Run A/B tests and track performance to hit ROAS targets.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally for full-funnel impact.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and AI innovations in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience for B2C/eCommerce brands in the U.S. market
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • Creative mindset and ability to craft or guide ad concepts.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools.
  • Excellent English and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business - advantage.
