We're hiring for a Leading
Retail Company an FP&A Analyst
to join the Finance team at the headquarters in Tel Aviv, a role with real impact on strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Act as business partner to core units like Procurement, Logistics, and IT
  • Monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  • Lead budget planning processes and open budgets in the system
  • Perform variance analyses and investigate budget deviations
  • Deliver actionable financial insights to support company growth
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and support special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering - required
  • 2-4 years of experience as a financial analyst in a mid/ large company
  • Advanced Excel skills - required
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems - an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and system-wide perspective
  • Fluent English
