We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to provide tailored treasury services to the company's clients (startups at various stages), reporting directly to the CFO.
This role includes comprehensive financial responsibility and oversight for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing financial relationships for clients – direct interaction with accountants, banks, funds, and financing entities to obtain optimal financial solutions.
- Handling deposits, short-term investments, and managing cash holdings according to each client's financial policies.
- Performing currency conversions and managing foreign exchange risks based on client needs.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies for cash and liquidity management at the organizational level.
- Working closely with the CFO team to ensure cash flow optimization and maximizing returns on cash balances.
- Preparing regular reports and liquidity disclosures for management and clients.
- Full-time position, 5 working days a week, with the possibility of working from home one day per week.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in economics / business administration / accounting or a related relevant field – mandatory (MBA – an advantage).
- At least two years of experience in a similar financial role (e.g., Treasurer / Assistant Treasurer) – mandatory.
- Experience managing cash flow, deposits, and foreign currency conversions, preferably in a financial company or startup – mandatory.
- High proficiency in Excel and other financial tools – mandatory.
- Knowledge of capital markets, banking, and short-term investments – a significant advantage.
Personal Skills Required:
- High analytical ability and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
