About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven
Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist/Manager
to be a pivotal bridge between our Marketing and Sales teams.
This hybrid role is designed for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can optimize our go-to-market strategies, streamline sales processes, and directly contribute to lead generation and revenue growth.
You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing efforts translate directly into qualified sales opportunities and efficient deal closure .
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Marketing & Lead Generation:
Collaborate closely with the DOO to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events) to generate high-quality leads . - Contribute to creating engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports the sales funnel .
- Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement in lead generation .
- Sales Process Optimization & Automation:
Lead the management, filtering, and routing of qualified leads to the sales team using advanced systems . - Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes using technological tools, and implement effective automation solutions .
- Develop and implement sales tools, templates, and standardized documents to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales team .
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identify trends, forecast performance, and recommend data-driven improvements to sales strategies . - Maintain meticulous and up-to-date CRM records ), ensuring data integrity and accurate pipeline tracking .
- Generate comprehensive sales and marketing reports for management .
- Sales Enablement & Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing compelling presentations, tailor-made proposals, and contracts . - Provide initial administartive assistance to the sales team in addressing inquiries from potential clients .
What You Bring:
- Proven Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and event marketing . - Operations Savvy:
Practical experience in sales support, sales operations, or lead management, ideally within a B2B technology sector . - Tech-Savvy & Analytical:
You easily navigate new platforms, enjoy learning new technologies, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can analyze sales and marketing data effectively . - Organized & Detail-Oriented:
You maintain meticulous documentation, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines . - Proactive & Creative:
You think outside the box, bring fresh ideas for process improvement, and contribute actively to strategy . - CRM & Project Management Tools:
Proven experience working with
CRM systems

Gantt-based planning tools
for project tracking, timeline management, and cross-team coordination . - Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Proven experience working with
external suppliers and vendors
, including managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials . - Collaboration:
