We are looking for a top notch ATE Group Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading an R&D group of 10-15 engineers, designing, deploying and upgrading capital equipment used during research, development, and manufacturing processes. The product is software heavy, multidisciplinary highly specialized machinery.
  • Leading the group activities, thought the full life cycle of the products, from concept to validation, integration, deployment and sustained engineering.
  • Participate in requirements definition, system design, and design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanics, Computer Science or equivalent from a leading university (M.Sc. an advantage).
  • 10+ years of experience in R&D roles, as a hands-on designer/developer (a must) and as team/group leader (a must) in multidisciplinary industries.
  • Both development and execution focused.
  • System engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment and measurements of physical systems (e.g. HW systems, sensors).
  • A leader that can build and navigate the team even in rough seas.
  • Project and budget managementbackground/understanding.
  • Confident both with cascade and Agile methodology.
  • MATLAB/Python proficiency is an advantage.
  • High level of problem-solving skills and debugging of high complexity systems.
  • Fast learner who can rapidly adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a track record driving teams to achievements and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
