Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the company's business products.
  • Manage a team of developers and QA engineers in an agile environment, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Drive technical features from design through implementation and code review.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Customer Success to ensure delivery of high-quality, valuable products to our customers.
  • Own and promote architectural best practices across the company's business services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • 4+ years of experience as a back-end developer.
  • Proven experience designing logical business features for high-scale production environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience integrating and leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes such as coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and system design.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and Spring Boot.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams and departments.

  • Experience as a software architecture.

  • Experience in a B2B2C company model.
