We're looking for a Program Manager to operate our program successfully facing our clients.

The successful candidate will be passionate about driving our program KPI's and make our customer's success team shine facing our clients. All this, to see the reward of making a real change in senior's ability to live a full life independently at their location of choice.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor business KPI's, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
  • Drive and monitor the execution of program campaigns
  • Conducting analysis and drawing actionable insights
  • Task management (ongoing & ad-hoc) to develop alignment across all teams and to ensure sync between various assignments (Research, product, legal, actuary, operations, projects etc)
  • Take part in cross-functional efforts in key initiatives to support to U.S. account management team while ensuring high standards and timely deliverables to ensure customer needs are met
  • Resolving issues and managing escalations when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on program's progress and escalate issues or areas of concern


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in customer support, project management or related roles.
  • Track record of task management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to facilitate /guide meetings effectively
  • Experienced with stakeholder management
  • Experienced working in a fast dynamic paced organization
  • Experienced in a multicultural working environment.
  • Fluent English speaker (verbal and written).
