PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Implement and maintain documentation process within the project organization.
- Monitor project documentation
- Execute documentation life cycle
- Support the Project Documentation Manager (PrDM)
- Support the design/system teams at day to day documentation work
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities:
- Apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP)
- Control documentation compliance to the required template, reference, version
- Control contractual documentation according to customer requirements
- Assign references to the documentation produced and control of the electronic files identification and customer identification
- Record in the EDMS all technical and management documentation from external entities
- Verify internal validation of project documents ahead of submission to Customer
- Prepare and record documents submission to Customer/Partners,
- Manage internal distribution according to relevant delivery lists
- Provide documentation reporting and indicators according to Documentation Manager’s instructions
- Work according to the project’s timeline
- Follow Customer and stakeholder’s documentation status,
- Maintain organization by applying internal instructions to all stages of the work
- Take part in improvements of the Document Control activities
Performance Measurements:
- Documentation Management KPIs (Quality, Delivery of in contractual documentation in due time etc’)
- Adherence to process, measured by process inspections an audits
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Mandatory:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in documentation control or quality assurance
- Minimum of 3 year experience in documentation control or quality assurance if no bachelor’s degree
Desirable:
- Knowledgeable of railway or infrastructure or building domains
- Knowledge of Project Wise/ Aconex, or other EDMS tools
- Engineering environment awareness
- Data analytics (Power BI)
- Experience in projects environment and processes
Competencies & Skills
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Good Knowledge of other Microsoft Office software
- Structured way of working, process oriented
- Details oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-learning abilities & desire to expand knowledge and skills
- Team player with a positive and helping attitude
- Ability to work in multinational team
