We are looking for OpEx PM, to drive Operational Excellence implementation culture and tools within Applied Materials Israel, and lead the way for Operations to achieve productivity and performance goals

Our group:

Ops Strategic Programs group enables continuous growth of largescale ‘mode of operations’ while driving the organization to be cost-efficient, providing roadmap and tools to achieve productivity goals.

What should you have?

  • BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering, Economy, or MBA

  • Over 7 years’ experience in the industry, specifically in operations or finance

  • Knowledge in Operational KPI and financial aspects

  • Experience in leading cross-organizational projects/processes to long term growth and operational productivity improvement

  • Knowledge & experience in Lean and continuous improvement methods

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking

  • Experience in project management and portfolio management

  • Strong communication skills – Verbal and Written, presentation, building and conveying the right messages to a given audience

  • Independent in work, self-motivated, welcome feedback, drive for continues Improvement

  • Team player – ability to work with wide global teams, good interpersonal skill
