The opportunity

As a Business Analyst in Strategic Operations at Unity, you will significantly support our strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Strategic Operations. This role demands a proactive, business-focused, and exceptionally motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment. Your deep understanding of the gaming and mobile industries, combined with your robust skills in SQL and Excel, will be instrumental in analyzing trends and providing insights that drive key business decisions. What you'll be doing

  • Provide data-driven insights to support the CEO’s office and senior management, helping to guide business processes.
  • Develop and refine strategic operational plans for market penetration and growth, including innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead critical analytical projects to support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business development and operational enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to maintain strategic alignment and drive informed decision-making processes.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects, with a track record of successful implementation and follow-up.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate strategic insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-growth technology or SaaS environment, particularly within the gaming or ad-tech sectors.

You might also have

  • Technical proficiency in additional data analytics tools or CRM software.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
