Responsible for driving the development and implementation of data visualization tools, patient profile reports and innovative digital solutions that empower data-driven decision making across the organization. Transforming raw data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations and intelligent reporting. The DM Automation & Technology Lead would be responsible for all technology aspects of Data Management. This would include systems/technology that supports the in-house activities as well as the oversight activities required by the clinical DM team. Under the remit of this role, all centralized monitoring activities would fall within this team in addition to the relevant programmers for respective system builds.

 

Travel Requirements:  Must be able to travel with overnight stays, as necessary, travel as needed by business requirements 
 

How you’ll spend your day
  • Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Design and build smart reports and automated analytics to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
  • Champion digital initiatives that leverage data to improve efficiency, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
  • Explore and evaluate new data management systems and technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the DM Operations Strategy Lead to develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and department leaders, to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology and data management trends while recommending strategic adoption and implementation within the organization.
Your experience and qualifications

 

Required:   

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data management and analytics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data mining, and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to data management.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines 
  • Strong computer literate skills 
  • Fluent in English 

 

Preferred:  

  •  Experience with AI and/or machine learning a plus.
