The Health Economics & Pricing Manager, plays a critical role in the market access team in analyzing economic models, forecasting, tracking market and product trends, and ensuring effective negotiations with relevant stakeholders, including sick-funds procurers.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize economic models to conduct in-depth analysis and provide insights for SF (sick-funds) negotiations
  • Forecast market trends and analyze products to support strategic decision-making
  • Establish routine contact with sick-funds procurers to maintain productive relationships
  • Prepare risk agreements and offers to ensure smooth implementation of agreements
  • Develop PRIT (Pricing) business cases
  • Monitor and follow-up on SFs and NHB (National Health Basket) agreements' implementation
  • Price new products appropriately to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Conduct pipeline economic analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate provisions (accounting) and financial alignment
  • Advance private market access strategies for optimal market penetration
  • Communicate price offers to customers and maintain regular follow-up on all product prices
  • Process the approval of discounts according to established procedures
  • Stay updated on MoH (Ministry of Health) pricing regulations and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide relevant insights for informed decision-making
