1. ניהול האיכות: -מיישם את נהלי העבודה המחלקתיים ועובד בהתאם לדרישות ה- cGMP -במידה ומתרחשת חריגה משיטת האריזה ו/או מנהלים, אחראי לדווח באופן מיידי לראש הצוות ולמחלקת הבטחת איכות 

 

2. כח אדם   3. מבנה וציוד: -אחראי על הרכבת והפעלת ציוד האריזה על פי הנהלים והוראות ההפעלה המאושרים -משתמש בציוד ולידי ומכויל ואחראי ליידע את ראש הצוות ואת הנדסת המפעל על כל תקלה בציוד, במערכות ו/או במבנה.  -אחראי על שימוש כנדרש ותחזוקה נאותה של ציוד המיגון (במידה וישים).

 

4.תיעוד: -מתעד בזמן אמת את פעולות הנקיון, הבדיקה והאריזה על פי הנהלים המאושרים, וחותם על פעולות שבוצעו. -אחראי על סקירה וחתימה של מסמכי האריזה לפני העברתם למחלקת הבטחת איכות. 

 

5. ייצור:  -אחראי על נקיון קו האריזה והציוד על פי הנהלים וההוראות הנקיון המאושרים.  -בודק כי הקו נקי וריק מחומרים זרים, חומרי אריזה זקים ותויות זרות וכי הציוד מתוחזק ונקי כנדרש לפני תחילת העבודה כדי למנוע זירום הדדי וערבובים.  -נוהג לפי נהלי הלבוש, הנקיון והגיינה המאושרים במחלקה  -אחראי על אריזות אצוות עפ"י שיטות אריזה תקפות, נהלי עבודה מאושרים, נהלי בטיחות וכללי cGMP.    6. בקרת איות   7. ספקים וקבלני משנה  Your experience and qualifications Enjoy a more rewarding choice
