The opportunity
Unity is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Stack Developer to join our R&D team. We are in search of a detail-oriented professional who can lead the development and enhancement of our internal tools and platforms critical to departments across Unity.
What you'll be doing
- Work as part of a Full Stack agile team, working in high velocity, delivering great quality products and solutions
- Constantly design, implement and innovate features, with cutting-edge technologies (AWS, Terraform, CI/CD)
- Be responsible for both backend and frontend design and implementation of major features and new services
- Work closely with the product, architects, DevOps and automation teams
What we're looking for
- Experience of server side development in
- Deep knowledge and understanding of web based products architecture and experience in building large scale products
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, coding standards, design patterns and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, we're looking for a real team player
- Be an independent self-learner, responsible and curious
You might also have
- Experience with Github Workflows
- Experience in deploying and maintaining AWS services
- Experience with writing Unit Tests.
