We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our B2B hardware products. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching hardware products in the B2B space. You will require a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

A Day In Your Life

Develop and execute the product roadmap for our B2B hardware product
Conduct market research and identify customer needs and trends to inform product development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product launch and adoption
Work with operations to develop and manage the supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of the product
Define product requirements, specifications, and features
Develop and maintain total cost of ownership strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
Manage the product life cycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring the product stays relevant and competitive in the market
Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support product development and investment decisions
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on hardware products in a B2B environment
Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical systems and products
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products on time and within budget
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead and motivate R&D teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
