We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our Corporate FP&A (financial planning & analysis). This role will focus on preparation of work plans, short term estimates and long term predictions of Teva's financial results supporting senior management and BOD, as well as supporting new systems implementations within FP&A community across Teva organization

How you'll spend your day
  • Corporate FP&A business partner and focal point for commercial regions
  • Standardize and streamline forecasting processes with clear methodology across all units
  • P&L and cash analysis as part of the corporate FP&A routines
  • Supporting Teva Rolling forecast (RF) process, quarterly business update (QBU) as well as manage Weekly Tracker (WT).
  • Be an active part of a team responsible to implement new FP&A systems within FP&A community
  • Establish models and tools for the group
  • Support ad hoc requests by management for analyzes as part of Corporate FP&A routines
Your experience and qualifications
  • 5 years of financial experience
  • Financial education: economics, finance
  • Successful track record in a finance position in FP&A of a global organization
  • Capability to lead complex, cross-company processes, and process management experience – an advantage
  • Strong collaboration and Influencing skills
  • Capability to handle pressure/deadlines with the ability to deal with significant amounts of information, with attention to details
  • Strong Team player with positive vibes
  • Self-learner and independent solving problem approach
  • knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial – an advantage
  • MS Excel and Presentation Skills - must
  • Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
