The opportunityTeva is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Neuroscience sales team in the Chicago North area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving results while upholding our values and complying with ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, effectively utilize resources to meet objectives, and maintain strong professional relationships. If you are enthusiastic about delivering value through customer interactions and possess strong communication skills, this role is for you.
How you'll spend your dayAs a Sales Representative at Teva, your daily tasks will include:
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing product demonstrations and educating customers
- Consulting with healthcare professionals to promote products
- Analyzing sales data to develop effective territory plans
- Maintaining regular face-to-face interactions with healthcare providers
- Applying problem-solving techniques to enhance performance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies
- Achieving sales targets for the assigned geographical area
*Please note that the territory covers Northern Chicago and surrounding areas, with boundaries subject to change based on business requirements.
Your experience and qualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with healthcare professionals in various settings
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Knowledge of reimbursement and marketing practices
- Experience in product launches and Neuropsychiatry
- Compliance with background and drug screening requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed
The level of the role will be determined based on experience and performance criteria:
- Sales Specialist - 1 year of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience or 2 years of B2B Sales Experience
- Professional Sales Specialist - 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
- Sr. Sales Specialist - 5 years of Pharma Sales Experience
- Exec Sales Specialist - 7 years of pharma sales experience
