Our Operations team is seeking a talented Indirect Buyer to manage the entire commercial relationship for various Innoviz departments, including R&D, IT, IS, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations indirect orders.

This role involves leading commercial topics for new contracts, executing terms and conditions, negotiating pricing, and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process from approved purchase demands to goods receipt and payment

ERP System Management:
Track and update the ERP system with purchase order delivery due dates

Negotiations:
Analyze supplier quotations and terms to negotiate agreements that achieve the best global commercial conditions

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to guide supplier selection, leveraging this to obtain the most competitive pricing

Supplier Sourcing:
Identify new sources of supply, establish relationships with new suppliers

Supplier Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Performance Evaluation:
Conduct supplier performance evaluations and assessments.
