The Detection Platform project manager is responsible for managing the development and delivery of CT Detection Platform products.

Your role:

  • Deliver the CT Detection Platform projects within schedule, contents, quality, reliability, compliance and budget.
  • Estimate the budget and resources required for the Engineering project while also managing and allocating the resources.
  • Coordinate the development with the Functional Units managers and the team leaders.
  • Allocate development tasks to appropriate departments.
  • Establish clear and measurable commitments from internal and external Suppliers (quality/process, committed feature list, schedule, compliance and budget) & hold them accountable.

  • Establish clear and measurable KPIs to track the project development (quality/process, committed feature list, schedule, compliance and budget) and be accountable.
  • Motivate, empower and engage your project team while also holding them accountable for: deliveries, process, quality, and people skills.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (M.Sc. an advantage).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an advanced cross-functional project management role.
  • System-wide analysis abilities.
  • Proven track record in product development and/or business development.
  • Experience in budget handling and resource allocation.
  • The ability to work across multiple business domains and organizational entities to drive, support, and realize business goals.
  • The ability to problem solve and get to conflict resolution.
  • Good communication skills and personal relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency.
