Affinity & Programs has ambitious growth plans for our North America P&C propositions and seeks a Project Manager to align and develop these plans. In this role, you will develop an integrated strategy and mobilize WTW's resources to execute on selected strategies. The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects to support the organization's objectives.

The Role

This role is a remote or hybrid opportunity. You will participate fully in the Affinity & Programs practice and the achievement of the overall Affinity business plan.

Cross-Vertical Integration
  • Connect and lead various teams within the CRB verticals to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Navigate internal resources of WTW and gather the appropriate information necessary for business propositions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Acts as a liaison between WTW, its clients, and vendors.
Operational Excellence
  • Identifies and develops operational tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Reinforce support towards the broader Affinity team by addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Implement and provide oversight for pipeline development across all stages.
Financial Metrics
  • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
  • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
The Requirements:
  • 2+ years related project management or operational experience within the insurance sector.
  • Good team player with ability to influence without authority.
  • Ambition to help P&C insurers succeed in the new business environment and evolving risk landscape.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Foundational understanding of and experience in P&C insurance operations, including underwriting, pricing, distribution, product management and technical areas
  • Strong attention to detail, able to actively contribute to refining processes while spotting errors and discrepancies.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 120,000 to 140,000 USD annually. This role is also eligible an annual short-term incentive bonus, a monthly incentive bonus, performance-based recognition awards.
