We are looking for a Senior QA to join our Manufacturing Information Systems team and play a key role in shaping our data analysis solutions.

What you'll be doing:
- Performing manual and automated testing on internal engineering systems to ensure quality and functionality.
- Writing and executing test plans, test cases, and automated tests, and identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs through to resolution, with a focus on handling large data sets.
- Collaborating with developers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies for complex systems.
- Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing, especially in environments with large volumes of data.
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a QA engineer and a relevant engineering degree, such as Industrial Engineering and Management or Information Systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies, with proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with test automation and bug tracking tools, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Demonstrated ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces with a focus on UX/UI principles and usability testing.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Proven track record of working effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to changing requirements.
- In-depth understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular), along with experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
