We are looking for an experienced Yield and Product Engineer to join the Operations group and to be responsible for our products transfer to production and silicon engineering activities, for various technologies, including Yield Analysis, Yield improvement, Manufacturing process improvement, Yield tools definition, Failure Analysis processing etc.


Responsibilities:
Engineering responsibility for NPI and production support, of both opto-mechanical and silicon devicesLead the yield improvement activities with the foundriesLead the process improvement activities with the foundriesAnalyze electrical behavior of the productManage and perform Failure analysis of the product following manufacturing and from customers (RMA)Specify, develop and maintain yield control and enhancement toolsTrack the assembly and test yield across the manufacturing processes in order to improve yield, cost and cycle time
