Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to balance velocity with sound engineering, and wants to build foundational systems that scale. You'll work closely with the Tech Lead and CTO, contributing directly to architecture, implementation, and internal tooling and have real influence over how this thing takes shape.
