**About the Role:**

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. The successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools and be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, including walls, floors, and equipment.
  • Set up and break down event spaces.
  • Install and repair modular workstations and office furniture.
  • Hang interior artwork and decorations.
  • Collaborate with other Facilities teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
