Lead Accounts Payable Operations

An experienced professional is sought to lead accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development to a group of team leads and specialists.
  • Foster a positive culture within the accounts payable team.
  • Collaborate with departments such as logistics and purchasing to resolve vendor issues and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable operations, aligning with vendor terms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 years of leadership experience.
  • 5 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system a plus.
