About the Role

We are looking for a talented Native Hebrew AI Trainer and Tutor to join our team at Alignerr. As an AI Tutor - Native Hebrew, you will play a key role in developing high-quality AI training data that meets the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in Hebrew, excellent writing skills, and a strong background in AI and machine learning concepts. You will work closely with our team to evaluate AI-generated writing, review the work of other human writers, and produce top-tier original content in response to prompts.

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. The estimated salary range for this role is $35-$85 USD per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate AI-generated writing based on rubrics assessing factuality, completeness, brevity, and grammatical correctness.
  • Review the work of other human writers.
  • Produce top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Hebrew.
  • Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
  • Critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
  • Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
