The role of a Company Driver involves driving solo and hauling cargo for long periods. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy the freedom of being on the road and appreciate the stability that comes with regular pay. The drivers will be responsible for transporting goods across various locations, following established routes and schedules.

Compensation:
The compensation package includes mileage-based pay, with top earners reaching up to $100,000 annually. Additionally, trainers can earn extra pay while dispatched with a student. Solo drivers average 118,800 miles annually, making this a lucrative opportunity for those who value their time on the road.

Benefits:
This position offers numerous benefits, including reliable home time and consistent freight. Approximately 90% of the freight is no-touch, reducing the need for manual handling. Furthermore, drivers can participate in various pay incentives such as stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. Holiday pay and rider programs are also available.

Layover Pay:
In the event of a layover, drivers will receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period, ensuring that their time is valued.
