Medical Innovation Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Innovator to join our team. As part of our R&D Engineering group, you will work closely with our Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop groundbreaking medical innovations for structural heart disease.

About the Role:

• Design, execute, and support various testing platforms, including benchtop setups, ex-vivo experiments, and in-vivo studies.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to define and refine product design inputs and requirements through iterative development.
• Analyze testing results data and contribute actionable design insight.
• Conduct hands-on laboratory work to support experimental development.
• Collaborate and communicate findings and progress with global team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences/Engineering or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the medical industry.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong grasp of programming fundamentals with familiarity in relevant tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-learning capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).

Nice to Have:

• Proven testing capability.
• Familiarity with programming languages.
