Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of full creative workflows from ideation and scripting to animation, editing, and delivery.
  • Design and animate high-impact assets for global ad campaigns viewed by millions.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to refine and improve creative output.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Remain at the forefront of motion, visual, and content trends.
  • Ensure branding consistency.
  • Embark on new challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and bold thinking.
  • Contribute to video production efforts and occasionally lead on-set productions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video editing within a professional creative environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing short-form, social-first work that blends technical skill with creative flair.
  • High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere.
  • Bonus skills in DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, Figma, and Cinema 4D.
  • Foundational knowledge in motion design, VFX, kinetic typography, color grading, sound syncing, and video compositing.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and interest in integrating generative content into your workflow.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
  • Comfort working under tight deadlines and in fast-paced creative cycles.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Video production knowledge is beneficial (camera work, lighting, direction, etc.).
