About Us

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst - Courier Supply to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational forecasts and supply plans for your region, taking into account global insights and local nuances like holidays, events, and seasonality.

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who excels in working with data, extracting insights, and translating them into actionable plans. You will have the chance to work closely with key stakeholders in your region and contribute to the development of global best practices and frameworks that improve forecasting, planning, and overall supply management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage operational forecasts and supply plans for your region, incorporating global insights and local context.

  • Collaborate with central teams such as finance, procurement, and product to align on bi-annual planning and ensure regional priorities are well-represented.

  • Monitor daily and weekly performance against courier acquisition and activation KPIs to maintain an optimal supply-demand balance.

  • Proactively identify challenges and take corrective actions, such as launching referral campaigns, accelerating applicant activation, or reactivating inactive couriers.

  • Leverage data to analyze trends, evaluate the effectiveness of supply strategies, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with analytical: Excel, SQL proficiency are a must & Python/ R knowledge is a huge bonus.

  • Strategic Thinking: You're able to connect the dots between data, strategy, and execution, always focusing on the bigger picture.
