Agricultural Data Analyst

We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our Modeling team. You will work with large-scale data at the intersection of agronomy and commerce, designing and implementing algorithmic and machine learning solutions that power our data-driven platform.

This includes developing models to predict buying behavior, sales forecasting, and product recommendation models based on farmer behavior, combining these insights with relevant product offerings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex data into real-world impact in agriculture, with a strong track record in Data Science, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Data Analysis.

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
• 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record in Data Science
• Hands-on experience in churn prediction and modeling
• Experience designing ML models for time series analysis and forecasting
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (1M+ data points)
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Proven experience leading data projects and working cross-functionally
