Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with receiving inventory from vendors, creating bill of lading for carriers, and assigning work to transfers and receiving staff. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating distribution orders within the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), communicating key metrics to management and warehouse staff, and working with corporate buyers to ensure purchase order accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, including verifying inventory and creating accurate records.
  • Assign tasks and workload to team members to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the WMS to create and manage distribution orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills essential for success in this role.
