Business Banking Representative

The Role of a Relationship Banker is multifaceted and requires a combination of financial knowledge, technical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, collaborating with business partners, and operating a teller drawer.
You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions. This may involve recommending financial products and services, such as loans, credit cards, or investments.
Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role. They are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills. They are also detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary of $28.00 per hour, as well as eligibility for an annual bonus.
