Senior Project Coordinator

Project Management

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects from initial planning through execution to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Plan and manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and progress monitoring tools
• Lead risk identification and mitigation while ensuring execution meets quality, delivery, and budget targets
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors (procurement, delivery tracking, and contract execution)
• Monitor project budgets and support documentation efforts, including SOW and contract materials
• Identify and manage required human resources throughout the project
• Ensure high levels of readiness and delivery quality
• Maintain strong alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in project management
• High level of English – spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
