Drive Growth and Innovation as a Strategic Leader

Are you an experienced leader in go-to-market strategies for technical products? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can define vision and execute with action?

As the Head of GTM, you will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy and taking monday dev to the next level. You will own the messaging, positioning, launch planning, and enablement for our product, connecting strategy to execution across all GTM functions.

This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and shape how we bring a high-potential product to market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for monday dev, aligning efforts across Sales Development, Account Executives, and Customer Success.
  • Define and drive the GTM sales strategy in close partnership with our CRO organization.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all GTM functions.
  • Partner with Product to define launch plans for new features and capabilities, ensuring successful market adoption.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on storytelling, campaigns, and awareness initiatives that drive demand and pipeline.
  • Enable our Sales and Success teams with the right narratives, collateral, competitive positioning, and customer use cases.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and GTM motions that align with our growth goals, gathering market feedback and insights to continuously refine our value proposition and roadmap.
Who You Are
  • You've led GTM for a technical or developer-focused product, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • You deeply understand how R&D teams work and can speak their language effectively.
  • You're equal parts strategist and doer, able to define vision and execute with action.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to get things done across teams.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a bias toward clarity, simplicity, and storytelling.
