We're seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team and lead complex strategic processes with global partners: gathering customer technical requirements, implementing platform integrations, managing development processes with internal teams, and delivering high-quality performance and experience for the global fleets using our Autofleet platform.

In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end customer implementation processes from requirements gathering to post-launch support, collaborate with customers to define technical specifications, guide them through best practices of platform implementation, and become a leading resource for Autofleet's global partners to implement and leverage the platform capabilities within their operations.

• Manage multi-stage implementation processes, translating customer requirements into product feature definitions.
• Collaborate with customers to gather, review, and translate technical requirements into PRDs and technical specifications.
• Guide technical customer teams through platform implementation best practices.
• Become a subject matter expert on the Autofleet platform, driving its adoption among global partners.
• Execute platform demonstrations, onboarding operational customer teams, and provide live on-site support for launches and kick-offs.
• Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical process leadership as a Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Manager.
• Highly developed technical skills, including hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
• Excellent spoken and written English language proficiency.
• Availability for travel and on-site project implementation with clients.
