Lead Document Creator

We are seeking an experienced Document Designer to join our professional services team.

You will be responsible for creating and managing the document design process for our clients, starting with communicating with the client and understanding their needs. This includes breaking down the needs into a work plan and designing documents that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing documents and creating templates using Docomotion tools
• Instructing clients on document design and interacting with them from around the world
• Providing on-board training in our systems and guidance with our senior designer

Requirements:

• Experience working with MS Word
• High level English and Hebrew (both written and spoken)
• A self-driven and organized person
• A proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience in Salesforce and graphic design is an advantage
