Travel Dietitian Position OverviewThis role involves providing quality nutritional care to patients, developing and implementing medical nutrition therapy, and monitoring patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical dietetics, excellent communication skills, and experience working with interdisciplinary care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized plans for medical nutrition therapy.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential and state licensure (if required).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical dietitian experience in a hospital or acute rehab setting.
