Our drivers can expect to earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners making $100,000 annually. Additionally, trainers earn an extra $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student. Solo drivers average 118,800 miles annually, and our practical mile pay structure ensures that you're fairly compensated for your hard work.

Reliable Home Time and Consistent Freight
We strive to provide our drivers with consistent miles and reliable home time. Our fleet is equipped with electronic logs (e-logs), making it easy to manage your time on the road. And with 90% no-touch freight, you'll spend less time loading and unloading cargo and more time behind the wheel.

Take Advantage of Pay Incentives
Our drivers are eligible for a range of pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. You'll also receive holiday pay and be able to participate in our rider programs.

Layover Pay: Peace of Mind
In the rare event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This ensures that your time is always valued, and you can focus on enjoying your downtime.

Meet Our Requirements
To join our team, you must be at least 21 years old and have a Class A CDL. With a minimum of 6-months of verifiable OTR experience, you'll be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role. No SAP drivers, please.
