Job Summary:

• A forward-thinking Supply Chain Planning Student is sought to join our dynamic team, contributing to the seamless delivery of surgical devices to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct all planning activities for one of our external manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery of essential devices.
2. Develop detailed supply plans to coordinate production at the external manufacturer, aligning with global business objectives.
3. Own the end-to-end Order Management process, including placing new purchase orders, developing purchase forecasts, and performing virtual receipts.
4. Identify and escalate product vulnerabilities to cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.
5. Improve capabilities and effectiveness of the Sales & Operations Planning process, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
7. Become a Subject Matter Expert for multiple ERP systems, leveraging SAP and JD Edwards to drive business growth.
8. Utilize Data Visualization and Analytics tools like Tableau and SQL to execute critical reports and dashboards for Supply Chain teams.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years remaining.
• Available to work 50% (flexible hours).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, organized, and possessing strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
