In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners reaching annual salaries of $100,000. Trainers can earn extra pay while working with students. Our drivers average 118,800 miles annually, and our practical mile pay structure rewards drivers for their efforts.

With a focus on reliability and consistency, our fleet is equipped with electronic logs (e-logs). You will have access to various pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. We also offer holiday pay and rider programs.

Layover Compensation:
While we strive to provide consistent miles, we recognize that layovers may occur. In such cases, you will receive compensation after the first 24 hours and additional payments for each subsequent 24-hour period, demonstrating our commitment to valuing your time.
