We are currently seeking Class A CDL-A Drivers to join our team of experienced solo drivers.


About the Job

As a CFI Driver, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners reaching annual salaries of $100,000 or more. Our trainers also receive an additional 23 cents per mile while dispatched with a student, making this role an attractive option for those looking to advance their careers.

Practical Mile Pay Structure

With over 118,800 miles driven annually, our solo drivers enjoy a stable income and a practical mile pay structure that rewards your hard work.

And with our fleet equipped with electronic logs (e-logs), you can track your hours and ensure accurate compensation for your time.


Layover Pay: A Peace of Mind Benefit

In the rare event of a layover, we offer a generous $125 payment after the first 24 hours, with an additional $125 every 24 hours thereafter. This ensures that your time is always valued and respected.
