Financial Analyst Role
A key position within our organization, the Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our business success.

### Key Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial statements for assigned business units, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Develop and review annual forecasts and budgets.
- Assemble reports on company operations.
- Build partnerships with internal customers and cross-functional teams.

### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. SQL skills a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
