**Facilities Maintenance Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and appearance of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe and functional for occupants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and perform necessary repairs.
  • Assist with special projects, such as setup/breakdown of event spaces.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field.
  • Proficiency in basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently under pressure.
