Our fleet operates under a practical mile pay structure that rewards our drivers for their hard work and dedication. Solo drivers can earn up to $0.56 per mile, while trainers earn an additional $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student. This pay structure allows our drivers to earn as much as possible based on their performance.

In addition to our competitive pay, we provide reliable home time and consistent freight. We understand that family is important, and we want to ensure that our drivers have the time they need to spend with loved ones. Our fleet is equipped with electronic logs (e-logs), making it easy for drivers to manage their schedules and stay on top of their hours.

We also offer various pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. These incentives allow our drivers to earn even more money and take advantage of new opportunities.

One of the key benefits of working with us is our commitment to providing our drivers with peace of mind. We offer layover pay, ensuring that our drivers are always valued and compensated fairly. If a driver experiences a layover, they will receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period.

To be eligible for this role, you must meet certain requirements. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a Class A CDL. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR experience. We also require that you do not have any SAP suspensions.
