As a pioneer in mobile network innovation, we are leading the way towards sustainable telecommunications.

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead our cloud-native architecture initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that optimize performance and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills to contribute to high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate software development practices to industry standards.
  • Develop RIC/xApp/rApp software to leverage cluster-level awareness.
  • Optimize cellular infrastructure applications on cloud-based X86 & ARM platforms.
  • Support product delivery activities and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Evaluate product performance and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++/GO.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, DB, and container orchestration.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, and translate them into actionable software requirements and development plans.
  • Proficiency in microservices development, API design, and messaging frameworks (Kafka, gRPC, REST, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Helm, Terraform - advantage.
  • Familiarity with O-RAN architecture, RIC platforms, and E2 interface protocols - advantage.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a sense of ownership and drive.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for RAN optimization - advantage.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
